Apple extends the US back-to-school offer for two weeks, and the new iPad Air is excluded

According to Macrumors, Apple has released the new Apple Watch Series 6, iPad Air and the eighth generation ‌iPad‌. Since then, Apple has extended its “back to school discount” promotion in the United States, which will end on October 12.

Naijatechnews understands that although the “back to school discount” promotion has been extended, the related activities are not applicable to the new iPad‌ Air. Customers who purchase the new iPad‌ Air model (not yet on sale) will not be eligible for free AirPods.

The “Back to School Offer” promotion in the United States was initially launched on June 15th, aiming to provide users who purchase MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac and iMac with a credit of $159 to purchase Apple devices.

Apple launched a “back to school” promotion in Europe, Asia, Mexico, and the Middle East in July, and it is expected that related activities will also exclude the new iPad‌ Air models .

Apple has not yet provided the exact launch date of the new iPad‌ Air, and they are expected to be available next month. Given that Apple clearly excluded the new iPad Air from “back-to-school” sales but extended it for two weeks, foreign media analyzed that the new iPad Air will be available before October 12.
