Apple’s new Apple TV will be released in 2021, similar to iPad Pro A14X performance

Jon Prosser updated the information about the new models of Apple TV today. He previously posted on Twitter that the Apple Silicon Mac event will be held on November 17.

One of his new tweets pointed out that the new Apple TV hardware will not be available until 2021.

Apple may be optimizing the hardware of Apple TV, including optimizing the cooling solution, so that Apple TV can run in the best way in various environments.

There have been rumors that Apple TV has a performance similar to the A14X bionic and has been sent to developers for testing. According to reports, this will be the same as the 5nm chip used in the future upgraded iPad Pro, and it is estimated that the performance will be the same as the 16-inch MacBook Pro equipped with an Intel 8-core processor.

Adding this powerful chip may mean that Apple wants to pay more attention to its Apple Arcade service, and may release a graphics-intensive game comparable to “Zelda: Breath of the Wild” in the near future. Some games may require performance above the A13 Bionic chip to run normally.
