Bitcoin broke through 41,000 USD and set a new record high, the increase once exceeded 10%
Following today’s breakthrough of US$40,000, the rise of Bitcoin has not weakened at all. Bitcoin has now exceeded US$41,000 each, setting a new record high.
As of press time, Bitcoin’s quotation on Bitstamp has reached 41,340 US dollars per coin, and even increased by 10% .
Naijatechnews à learned that in the early morning of January 2, 2021, Bitcoin was quoted at US$29092 per coin. Based on this calculation, the weekly increase of Bitcoin has exceeded 42%, which is more than 12,000 US dollars.
From the perspective of the annual increase, the unit price of Bitcoin has risen from about $7,800 on January 9 last year to about $41,000, an increase of about 426%.
Driven by the surge in Bitcoin, U.S. blockchain stocks soared collectively. Xunlei surged 65% yesterday and 93% this year; Mercurity Fintech and China Grid have risen over 40%; Yibang International and the Ninth City have risen over 30 %.
