Microsoft has invited members of the Skype Insider project to test the latest version of Skype Build 8.91.76.304 . This version update brings some noteworthy new features for mobile and desktop users.
A new feature introduced in the new version is to allow users to log in by scanning a QR code. The development team is also testing the “What’s new” link, which users click will show all the changes added in the update.
Another new feature is clickable, touchable information. Allows users to open the chat panel in the sidebar and navigate to messages by clicking text on the user profile. This feature will be implemented on all platforms.
