vivo has launched vivo Y33s in India today (August 23). The phone sports a plastic build with a flat frame. The handset measures 164.26 x 76.08 x 8mm in dimensions and weighs 182g.
The device is built around a 6.58-inch LCD panel with a resolution of 2408×1080 pixels (FHD+) and a dewdrop notch. The display has a 90.6% screen-to-body ratio and covers 96% of the NTSC color gamut.
The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G80 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage (expandable up to 1TB via MicroSD card). It runs Funtouch OS 11.1 based on Android 11 with support for 4GB extended RAM.
As far as optics are concerned, the smartphone houses a triple camera setup on the back consisting of a 50MP primary sensor, a 2MP macro shooter, and a 2MP depth sensor. Whereas, on the front, it has a 16MP snapper.
On the connectivity front, the handset supports dual-SIM, 4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GNSS (GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, GALILEO), NFC, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
