DJI officials said tonight that from now on, DJI will extend the warranty period of its products (except removable batteries, retail accessories, and structural parts) to 12 months.

During the warranty period, if the product is damaged due to non-artificial performance failure, you can enjoy the official free maintenance service.

Naijatechnews found that the PTZ camera, vision module, power system, charging butler, battery, etc. have been updated to a 12-month warranty.

DJI stated that the warranty period will be calculated from the day the user receives the goods.

In addition, if the product has not been purchased for more than one year, when the product is returned for repair, DJI will automatically determine whether it meets the warranty requirements based on the new warranty period.

DJI also launched a series of value-added services to extend the warranty period, including man-made or accidental damage protection, product extended warranty, and three liability insurance.
