We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Finance & Administrative Manager
Location: Cross River
Minimum Recruitment Standard
- Must possess a First Degree or its equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
- Must possess a Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Admin or Finance with a professional certification of ICAN or ACCA.
- Must possess minimum ten (10) years post NYSC working experience with at least seven (7) years of experience in a bi-lateral or multi-lateral agency financed project in the Nigeria (or an African nation).
- Knowledge and expertise in the field of project preparation, commercial negotiations, financial management, internal controls/systems development, accounting, auditing and reporting.
- Must be proficient in all aspects of corporate accounting and all pertinent financial standards, rules and regulations relating to good financial management.
- Ability to solve problems, exercising good judgement will be an asset.
- Must be of good character with proven impeccable integrity.
- Articulate, professional and able to communicate in a clear, positive manner with clients and staff.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
- Familiarity with Donor-funded programs and non-governmental organizations in Nigeria.

2.) Technical Advisor – Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC)
Location: Abuja
Minimum Recruitment Standard
- Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health or a related field; Solid working knowledge (practical skills) in OVC care and support will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in health program management in sub-Saharan Africa/ international health issues including HIV, with at least two years’ experience working on HIV/AIDS counseling and testing programs in international or resource poor settings at supervisory level.
- Experience in coordinating HIV/AIDS program implementation. Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent personal communication skills, in written and verbal English, with high impact influencing and persuasive skills and able to represent the organization to donors and partners
- Good experience of using Ms. Word, Excel or applicable software related to position.

3.) Pharmacy Specialist
Location: Cross River
Minimum Recruitment Standard
- University Degree in Bachelors of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D)
- M.Sc / MPH in Public Health or related field
- 10 years post qualification experience
- 5 years relevant experience in HIV/AIDS with international pharmacy development programs
- Experience in HIV/AIDS Monitoring and Evaluation
- Proficiency in MS Access, SPSS, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point and other Office packages.
- Proficiency in the use of email and internet.
- Fluency in English; excellent communication and report writing skills required.

4.) Adherence Counsellor
Location: Ekiti
Minimum Recruitment Standard
- Degree in Social Sciences, Health Education, Public Health or a relevant field;
- At least one year of supervisory experience and two year post-graduate experience working in medical case management or as a medical social worker.
- Familiarity with health systems and HIV community programs including Key Population
- Experience working with HIV/AIDS and ante-retroviral treatments required.
- Knowledgeable on HIV information and able to communicate expertise to HIV positive patients;
- Willingness to participate in HIV related trainings and meetings
- Ability to organize and coordinate diverse activities
- Experience in coordinating HIV/AIDS program implementation;
- Strong supervisory and management skills;
- KP Experience will be an added advantage.

- Experience in Pharmacy Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in HIV/AIDS monitoring.

- Robust clinical experience in HIV/AIDS care and treatment

8.) Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Locations: Ekiti & Osun
Minimum Recruitment Standard
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Social Science, Arts or Humanities
- Experience in M&E field
- At least 4 years’ post NYSC experience in developing country health care programs or program support function 4 years of which must be within an international NGO or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working on international health issues including HIV, with at least two years working on HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care and Treatment programs in resource poor settings.
- Extensive experience working with KPs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of public health information, education, and communications methodology in an African development context.
- Experience supervising and/or training others preferred
- Demonstrated ability in maintaining close counterpart relationships, both governmental and in partner sites and communities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-culturally with diverse teams
- High degree of judgment, maturity, ingenuity and originality to interpret strategy, to analyze, develop and present work and to monitor and evaluate implementation of programs.
- Fluency in written and spoken English Proficiency with other local languages.

Minimum Recruitment Standard
- Minimum of HND (Medical Records) or Bachelor Degree.
- 1 year’ experience Local or International NGOs; preferably in Care and treatment Experience with use, deployment and DHIS management will be an added advantage
- Skills using MS Excel, MS Access, SPSS and/or SAS and Epi-Info highly desirable but not necessary as trainings will be provided
- Strong data management and analysis skills
- Hands on experience in the use of computer (Word processing, Excel, and database programs).
- Knowledge of and experience in spreadsheet and database management work.
