At the end of last year, Facebook announced a new tool that users can use to easily transfer their photos and videos to another service. The availability was initially limited to a few countries. From now on, this photo export can also be used in Germany. To start the innovation, only Google Photos is listed under the landing pages. More services will only come later with the time, Facebook announced in December.

A new menu item should now be found in the “Your Facebook information” area in your Facebook settings. “Submit a copy of your photos or videos,” is the name of the new feature . I find it pretty practical, because I’ve personally been practically away from Facebook for some time. Only a collective deletion of your own content is still missing.
