Google Chrome browser version 120 no longer supports Android 7.0/7.1

According to Google’s official support document, the Chrome 120 browser no longer supports Android Nougat 7.0/7.1 versions, which means that Android phones still using the above versions will stay in the Chrome 119 browser.

 

Google plans to release the Chrome 120 stable version update on December 6, 2023, but devices still running Android 7.0/7.1 will not be able to upgrade.

Google has reminded Android Nougat users in the Chrome 119 update for Android, recommending that they upgrade to the new version faster.

According to the distribution of Android versions released by Google in October, 2.6% of devices are still running Android Nougat system.
