To alter the language on your Xiaomi Mi band 3 and 4, you really do not have to do anything much with the band itself. You can simply change it from your paired mobile device and it will automatically sync to your fitness band. - Head to Settings.
- Go to General management (Samsung devices.)

- Tap “Language.”
