Naijatechnews has learned that Huawei previously hinted through EMUI 11 that the Huawei Mate40 series is expected to support wired fast charging up to 66W.
Currently, Huawei supports up to 65W fast charging, and Huawei’s first 65W gallium nitride charging adapter was officially launched last week, supporting Type-A and Type-C dual-port charging, which can charge mobile phones, tablets and PCs.
For other manufacturers, OPPO has gradually decentralized 65W fast charging to the thousand yuan machine.
