Infinix Zero 5G 2023 sports a 6.78-inch FHD+ LCD display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, a punch hole at the top left corner, and 500nits brightness. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 6nm processor paired with Mali-G68 MC4 GPU. The SoC is coupled with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

The phone runs on Android 12-based on XOS 12 custom skin out of the box. Connectivity options include 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11, Bluetooth 5.2, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, and USB Type-C. The phone measures 168.73×76.53×8.9mm and weighs 201 grams. The Infinix Zero 5G packs a 5000mAh battery with 33mAh fast charging support. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
