How to buy properties and maintain them
The properties will be accessible for purchase after Trevor’s “Nervous Ron” and “Friends Reunited” missions have been completed. “Friends Reunited” is essential for the three characters to be released, as some properties can only be purchased by a specific character.
The properties will then be available and marked on your map. To buy them, you just need to go there and
select the sales poster that is at the entrance to the building.
In GTA V, you can invest money by buying certain businesses, which will give you a weekly return, or you can buy hangars, marinas, and garages to store your vehicles.
Where to start?
If you are starting to enter the investment world, there are some cheaper properties where you can start.
- The Hen House: This property is desirable because it costs only $ 80,000 and starts to make a profit after 87 weeks. However, the return is not going to be that much, just $ 920 a week.
- Tequi La La: This is a $ 2,000,000 mid-priced property and provides $ 16,500 in weekly returns. But you will have to wait until the 122nd week to start making a profit.
- Sonar Collection Dock: this is a property that can quickly reward you, you just have to complete the missions associated with the property. The dock costs $ 250,000 but quickly produces $ 440,000 when completing these tasks.
- Los Santos Customs: this property may not pay much, but it allows you to use its services for free. In this case, you can customize all of Franklin’s vehicles without spending any money.
