These problems have troubled users for more than three months, but foreign media confirmed that Microsoft has fixed this problem in Windows 10 Build 19041.546, and users can download and install it under “Optional Updates”. After applying the patch, Windows 10 will automatically set the “EnableActiveProbing” value in the registry to 1, which should solve some users’ problems. In addition, Microsoft also fixed the Windows API issues.
