Microsoft launches November firmware update for Surface Pro 9 to fix “battery is not genuine” issue.
Microsoft recently launched a November firmware update for Surface Pro 9 (Intel version). The update solves issues such as screen rotation, battery recognition, external monitor and Surface Dock stability, and also fixes A problem with the card owner showing up when turning on Surface.
It should be noted that this update does not apply to Surface Pro 9 equipped with Microsoft SQ3 processor.
