After users install the web versions of Microsoft Lists and OneDrive as PWA applications, they will work similarly to any standalone desktop application.

This also means that users can launch applications from the desktop. The working principle of the application is the same as in the browser, including the ability to lock and start the application from the main screen or taskbar of the computer, use the application shortcuts, and perform the same operations as their web version applications.

Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox or other browsers that support progressive web applications (except Safari) will support PWA.

Naijatechnews understands that this feature will be launched in the target version in early July and the standard version in mid-July, and should be completed in early August.
