Now, the company is prepping up to announce the upcoming budget friendly smartphone Moto G22 this year. Moreover, the device appears on multiple certification websites including NBTC certification, WiFi Alliance, and FCC certification websites. However, there is official launch dates from the company yet. But, the frequent online appearances hints that the device launch seems around the corner. Motorola is planning to announce the upcoming Moto G22 in few selected markets. Moreover, the upcoming Moto G22 appears on multiple certification websites hinting that launch may be shortly. In addition, as per the NBTC certification website, the device will carry model number XT2231-3. Other than this, there is no details on NBTC certification regarding this device. Furthermore, the WiFi Alliance certification reveals the presence of multiple variants of the Moto G22. This includes XT2231-3, XT2231-4, XT2231-5. This listing reveals that the device will run Android 12 out of the box with MyUX layer on the top of it. In addition, the device was also on EEC with model number XT2231-4 with Lenovo branding. Thus, the branding name hints that the device may arrive in China or other markets.
