MSI releases Alpha 15/17 gaming notebook: R7 4800H+RX 5600M
According to foreign media TechPowerup’s report today, MSI today released new game books Alpha 15 and Alpha 17.
According to MSI official website information, Alpha 15 is equipped with AMD Ryzen 7 4800H octa-core processor and RX 5600M discrete graphics card. The AMD RX 5600M graphics card is built with TSMC’s 7nm process and is equipped with 6GB GDDR6 video memory. Prior to this, Dell G5 SE also adopted this graphics card, so this is also the world’s second 3A platform game notebook made of 7nm technology for both processors and graphics cards.
The machine uses a 15.6-inch FHD IPS screen, optional 120Hz/144Hz refresh rate, supports AMD FreeSync Premium synchronization technology, weighs 2.4/2.6 kg, is 26.9/28.0 mm thick, has a Sairui full-size keyboard, and supports single-key RGB lighting effects. In addition, the PC also provides Windows 10 Home Edition and Professional Edition to choose from.
In other respects, the machine uses a dual fan and seven heat pipe heat dissipation design, is equipped with a 65 Whr lithium battery, is equipped with dual-channel DDR4-3200 memory (maximum support 64GB), two PCIe 3.0/NVMe M.2 slots, and provides Gigabit Ethernet Network and Intel Wi-Fi 6 wireless network card, built-in dual 2W speakers.
