Now, a report by 91mobiles suggests that Nothing is on the verge of announcing a new audio device. However, the product will launch under its new sub-brand called Particles by XO.
Tipster Kuba Wojciechowski has shared details about the new sub-brand. Nothing is prepping to enter the US market through a testing program with the Nothing Phone (1).
Pei urged the community to share feedback to help the company launch new products in the US. Wojciechowski found Nothing’s new sub-brand listed on the company’s firmware as “Made by Nothing”.
Also, the tipster shared some images of the new sub-brand’s first pair of TWS earbuds. These earbuds adopt a unique shape and design.
However, it is unclear whether the sub-brand will simply be called XO or Particles by XO. Notably, the upcoming audio device will carry the Particles moniker.
Moreover, the report suggests Nothing has already trademarked the product in the US under a shell company. The TWS has an L-shaped design. So, the device will be pointing upwards when you place it in the ear.
Furthermore, the TWS appears to have in-ear style ear tips. The audio device will come with a puck-shaped charging case.
The upcoming TWS carries the codename B154 and will reportedly support ANC. The earbuds will also feature LHDC. However, they aren’t transparent like other Nothing products.
