Web browser Opera has expanded its feature, which lets users buy cryptocurrency directly via its in-built wallet, in the U.K.
Opera has teamed up with crypto on-ramp provider Ramp Network for the initiative. Ramp supports fiat transfers from bank accounts as well as digital banking app Revolut.
The U.K. expansion comes four months after Opera extended the feature to the entire EU and Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and Switzerland. For that initiative, Opera partnered with payments firm Wyre.
The crypto buying feature is also available in the U.S., and three Scandinavian countries, i.e., Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.
The Norwegian browser maker has today also revealed its crypto users for the first time. It has more than 170,000 monthly active users for the crypto wallet.
Opera has also partnered with Dapp.com, meaning its dApp (decentralized applications) explorer will now be supported via the platform.
