Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra battery capacity exposed: it’s 5000mAh


 

Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Z Fold 2 have been released, and news related to Galaxy S21 has begun to appear frequently. Foreign media reported two months ago that Samsung is developing three Galaxy S21 models. Last week, the Galaxy S21 Ultra’s camera configuration was leaked, and now it’s the battery-related information.

According to GalaxyClub report, the Galaxy S21 Ultra (SM-G998) will use a battery model EB-BG998ABY. The battery has a rated capacity of 4885mAh, and Samsung may list its typical battery capacity as 5000mAh, which means that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will continue to use the same battery capacity as the Galaxy S20 Ultra.

In addition, Galaxy S21 (SM-G991) will be equipped with an EB-BG991ABY battery with a rated capacity of 3880mAh. Samsung may list its typical battery capacity as 4000mAh, which is similar to the Galaxy S20 battery.

Samsung is developing a more energy-efficient 5nm Exynos processor for its next-generation Galaxy S series smartphones. Samsung will also launch the Snapdragon 875 version of the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra.

Naijatechnews understands that it is expected that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will be equipped with a 40-megapixel selfie camera, a rear four-camera setup, a 108-megapixel ISOCELL HM2 sensor, a wide-angle lens, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera. 1x optical zoom, another telephoto camera, 5x optical zoom. It seems that the company may abandon 3D ToF sensors in mobile phones next year.
