The Sharp Aquos Zero5G Basic falls under a higher mid-range smartphone and the device is blessed with a 5G network which gives it a price increase compared to other phones from Sharp. Apart from that, it also packs a nice body design, an impressive cameras setup, and also a large battery that will keep it on for a long time.
Design And Display
The Sharp Aquos Zero 5G Basic no doubt will attract many people at first sight. The smartphone features a premium body that has glass on the back and front with an aluminum frame. The panel is where the triple cameras are and it also comes with an on-screen fingerprint scanner. There is an IP rating that makes it both dust and water-resistant. It measures 161.0 × 75.0 × 9.0 mm in dimensions and weighs 182 grams.
On the front, the waterdrop display phone offers a screen size of 6.4 inches with an OLED capacitive touchscreen. The screen offers a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and 404 PPI density. Its also blessed with display protection and reaches an 83.3% screen-to-body ratio.
For photography, the device has a 48 MP tripel camera that is paired with an LED flash. The primary camera is receiving support from 13.1 MP and an additional 8 MP snapper. It also comes with some internal features that will ensure nice photos. The front camera is 16.3 MP and it has HDR and Faces ID recording [email protected] while the main camera can record [email protected], [email protected]/60fps; gyro-EIS videos.
Hardware And Software
On the hardware, you will get a special Qualcomm SDM765 Snapdragon 765G chipset that is built on 7nm process technology. The chip has an octa-core processor with a clocking frequency of 1×2.4 GHz Kryo 475 Prime & 1×2.2 GHz Kryo 475 Gold & 6×1.8 GHz Kryo 475 Silver. It runs on Android 10 OS out of the box with Qualcomm Adreno 620 GPU.
Storage Capacity And Sensors
The inbuilt storage is available in 64GB and 6GB RAM while the bigger model comes in a huge 128GB and ample RAM of 8GB. You can still expand it up to 256GB via a micro SDcard. The sensors available on the Sharp Aquos Zero 5G are Fingerprint (under display, optical), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
Battery Power And Network Connectivity
The Sharp Aquos Zero 5G Basic has a non-removable battery of 4050 mAh and the juicer has support for fast charging technology. There are a dual SIM and support for both 4G and 5G network. Other connectivity options are Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, NFC, A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS and 2.0, Type-C 1.0 reversible connector, USB On-The-Go.
