At 8:46 am Eastern Time, a second-level “Falcon 9” rocket carrying 60 Starlink satellites was launched from launch pad 39A at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
It is reported that this is the 12th Starlink satellite launch mission by SpaceX since 2019. This launch brings the total number of satellites into orbit to 713. If the two prototype satellites launched in 2018 are included, the total number of satellites into orbit is 715.
