Tesla: Cybertruck electric pickup truck’s event will be held on December 1

Tesla announced today that the official global delivery of Cybertruck will take place at the Texas Gigafactory in the United States in the early morning of December 1, Beijing time.

Tesla had previously stated that it could only receive a limited number of shareholders as on-site guests, and would issue some invitations through random drawings . Tesla said selected shareholders will need to use government-issued identification to confirm their identity and the option is non-transferable.

Reasons why Tesla conducts random lottery:

• To maximize fairness, Tesla is conducting a random drawing to determine shareholder eligibility.

• Shareholders with active shares as of September 30, 2023 may apply. To apply, please upload evidence of Tesla stock ownership as of September 30, 2023 (no other dates will be accepted) on the shareholder dashboard in an acceptable format and include your name to verify ownership.

• Deadline to enter the Sweepstakes is November 3, 2023, 11:59 PM CDT.

It is understood that Tesla Cybertruck reservations have exceeded 2 million , with most potential customers choosing the dual-motor and three-motor versions. Tesla CEO Elon Musk said on a podcast on October 31 that Tesla’s goal is to produce 200,000 electric pickup Cybertrucks per year.

Explosions and leaked information show that this new car is about 5.67 meters long, 2.03 meters wide, about 1.79 meters high, and has a wheelbase of about 3.63 meters. The dual-motor version weighs about 3,028 kilograms, and the three-motor version is about 3,128 kilograms.
