Lenovo today released the ThinkPad X1 Nano notebook computer, which is the lightest ThinkPad ever, weighing only 903g. This ThinkPad is based on Intel’s new Evo platform, which means that the laptop can provide features such as long battery life, fast charging, and fast startup time . The Evo system also needs to be equipped with Intel’s 11th-generation Tiger Lake processor, Wi-Fi 6 and Thunderbolt 4.

ThinkPad X1 Nano uses a 13-inch 2K 16:10 display (with touch and non-touch versions). Lenovo said its height is about the same as a 14-inch 16:9 screen. It is also equipped with some AI security features: for example, it can detect when you walk by and wake up, and it will automatically lock when you walk away.
In terms of specifications, Nano is equipped with an 11th-generation Intel processor, up to i7, up to 16GB of memory, up to 1TB of storage space, 48Wh battery, 4 360-degree microphones, and Intel’s Xe integrated graphics. It also supports 5G, in addition to Windows 10 Pro, it can also run Linux.
Naija Tech News understands that Nano will be available in the fourth quarter of 2020, with a starting price of $1399 (about 9,536 yuan).

Lenovo also released several new products in the ThinkBook product line. The flagship products include the ThinkBook 13s Gen 2 (also verified by Evo) at $729, and the ThinkBook 14s Yoga at $879 (the first convertible ThinkBook with a built-in handwriting Pen) and ThinkBook 15 Gen 2 (built-in Bluetooth earbuds) for $549. 13s and 15 also have AMD versions, and they will be available in October; Yoga will be available in November.
