If you want to know a fun game that helps you to get to know someone, then you ought to play This or That! This game poses questions involving two choices in which the player must answer with one of the choices, even if neither of them really appeals to the person. This or That questions can be funny and outrageous, serious, or mundane.

Ways to Play

When it comes to This or That, there are a couple of different ways you can play. First of all, all players must be on board with the idea of playing in order to have a successful game; after all, it’s a game to get to know someone! Take Turns: Many people playing this game will choose to simply take turns asking their This or That questions. This is the simplest way to play and requires the least thought when asking questions!
Series of Questions: Make a rule for how many questions you can ask on each turn, usually three or five. This works well if you have a list of questions already prepared to ask!
Disagreement Switch Off: This is my favorite version of the game as it allows you to get to know the person while they learn about you! You begin by asking your first question, already knowing your own answer in mind. If their answer is the same, move onto your next question. If their answer is different than what you would have answered, call it out and switch turns.
