TikTok Is the most popular mobile and downloaded App in the world; See top 10

Sensor Tower store intelligence data shows that in October this year, Douyin and its overseas version TikTok ranked first in the global mobile application (non-game) download list with 66 million downloads, an increase from the same period in 2019 9.5%.

See the chart above for the complete list of the top 10 most popular mobile apps in the world by downloads. Note: Downloads are only counted on App Store and Google Play, excluding third-party Android markets in Africa and other regions.

WhatsApp ranked second with 57 million downloads, with 30% of downloads from the Indian market, followed by Nigeria with 10%.
