Naijatechnews learned that in response to Trump’s latest executive order, ByteDance stated that it is ready to file a lawsuit. Microsoft stated in a blog post on August 2 that its CEO had spoken to President Trump and was “prepared to continue discussions to explore the acquisition of TikTok in the United States.”
