The online marketing company boasts of offering customers latest style and genuine products from more than 180 stores from the America and United Kingdom – in other words, you simply need to shop and pay on the MallforAfrica app and get the item delivered.
According to the site, they accept local payments types which allow customers to buy from US/UK sites with local currency, locally issued cards and payment methods unique to African countries.
Founder of MallforAfrica App
MallforAfrica was foundered by Chris Folayan who discovered a business opportunity in providing Nigerians in the diaspora with items from home as well as making foreign products available to Africans.
Before establishing MallforAfrica App in 2010, the Nigerian was living in the US where he came up with the idea of an online marketing service. According to Mr Folayan, the mounting demand for items in and outside the country opened his eyes to a business opportunity.
Mr Folayan is optimistic that MallforAfrica would soon be expanded to other African countries including Tanzania, Congo, Ethiopia, Botswana where his team is currently conducting some market analysis.
