Before POCO India unveils its first Pocophone of this year — Poco X2 on February 4th, here are some fresh leaks about the smartphone.
Earlier, we compiled the features and specifications of Poco X2 from its official webpage, and it’s Flipkart listing. The information hinted that the phone is a lot similar to Redmi K30, a flagship phone from Xiaomi launched in December 2019 for Chinese users.
And that’s not the only thing, there have been multiple leaks, previously, claiming that POCO X2 will be nothing but a rebranded version of Redmi K30 for Indian users.
POCO X2 Rebranded as Redmi K30
Today, Hindustan Times has sourced a POCO X2 render, which gives users a clear image of the smartphone. The render also lists the POCO X2 price.
From the looks of it, the phone appears nothing but the Redmi K30. The render shows a blue color model, dual punch-hole in the top-right corner, small bezels at the sides but a bigger chin at the bottom, and a quad-camera setup on the back; everything just like the Redmi K30.
Even the specs detailed in the render are the same — a 6.67-inch 120Hz screen and a 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 sensor.
The only difference between the two phones in question appears to be the logo. The render shows a “POCO” logo on the back of the phone.
POCO X2 Price Revealed
According to the Pocophone’s leaked render, POCO X2 will be priced at Rs 18,999 for the 6GB RAM/64GB storage variant.
If this turns out to be accurate, it would undoubtedly be a win for users who were unsatisfied with the pricing strategy of Xiaomi, during the release of Redmi K20.
