Last month, a report emerged revealing that Infinix is planning to launch the Zero 5G as its 5G-enabled smartphone. Last week, the device popped in the database of the Play Console, which suggested that it may launch soon. Now a fresh leak is yet again out to reveal the renders and specifications of the Zero 5G.

 

Infinix Zero 5G: Design and Specifications

The Infinix Zero 5G’s render reveals its design in green. It is speculated that the device may come in some other colors like black, blue, and red. The camera module, which looks similar to the Find X3, houses a 48-megapixel primary camera, a telephoto lens, and an ultrawide snapper. The triple camera unit is coupled with a pair of cool / warm flash LEDs.

Moving to the front, the Infinix Zero 5G can be gracing a huge 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display that produces a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display punch-hole serves as a home for its 16-megapixel selfie camera. The front camera is coupled with a dual LED flash unit.

The phone is powered by the MediaTek’s Dimensity 900 chipset, paired with an 8 GB of RAM. Probably, it will offer 128 GB of built-in storage and a microSD card slot for additional storage. It will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery that carries support for 33W fast charging. The Zero 5G will boot to XOS based Android 11 OS and it will come with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Infinix Zero 5G Price and Availability

The Infinix Zero 5G is expected to launch in Nigeria in January 2022. It is speculated to release in other markets by February. At present, there is no information available on the pricing of the Zero 5G.
