While it is gearing up to release the Neo6 in the market, the iQOO has quietly unveiled the iQOO U5x in China. The device features a recycled vivo design and offers budget specs like Snapdragon 680 SoC and 5,000mAh battery.
iQOO U5x Specifications
The iQOO U5x sports a 6.51-inch water-drop notch display with an HD+(1600 x 720 pixels) resolution. It is an LCD panel with a standard 60Hz refresh rate and 89% screen-to-body ratio.
The phone has an 8MP front camera placed on the notch. It has a dual-camera system at the rear with a 13MP main lens and a 2MP secondary sensor. It also has an LED flash beside the camera lenses.
It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. iQOO has offered a microSD card slot for additional storage needs.
It houses a 5,000mAh battery with a 10W charging speed via the micro USB cable. The device has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security and boots on OriginOS based on Android 11 OS.
iQOO U5x Price and Availability
The iQOO U5x is priced at CNY 849(~$133) for the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and CNY 1,049(~$165) for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant.
It has two – colors Polar Blue and Star Black. It can be purchased from all JD mall, Suning, and all other authorized stores in the country.
