After several leaks and teasers, the OPPO Reno7 series finally goes global, starting with the Indian market. As expected, the company has introduced two models in the lineup, namely OPPO Reno7 5G and OPPO Reno7 Pro 5G. The standard variant is a completely new device, while the Pro model is the same as the model available in China.
OPPO Reno 7 Pro 5G
The OPPO Reno7 Pro 5G sports the ‘Reno Glow’ design. But it not only has a flat metal frame but also an ‘Orbit Breathing Ligt’ around the rear camera island for notifications.
The phone comes with a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with an in-screen fingerprint sensor and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200-MAX chipset coupled with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
As for optics, the handset arrives with a triple camera system on the rear and a 32MP Sony IMX709 selfie camera on the front. The rear setup includes a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide shooter, a 2MP macro snapper, and a color temperature sensor.

Despite measuring only 7.45mm in thickness, the smartphone houses a 4,500mAh battery with support for 65W SuperVOOC fast charging. It weighs 180g and can be availed in two colors (Startrails Blue, Starlight Black).
Lastly, it runs Android 11-based ColorOS 12.
