Asus recently announced the launch of Chromebook CM30, which focuses on productivity and is the successor of Chromebook CM3 (launched in 2021).
Chromebook CM30 follows the multi-functional 2-in-1 design of CM3 and mainly upgrades internal components such as the processor.
Chromebook CM30 uses MediaTek’s 8-core Kompanio 520 processor, including two Cortex-A76 large cores and six A55 cores, which can bring 2GHz and 2.2GHz main frequencies.
Chromebook CM30 offers two LPDDR4X memory options of 4GB and 8GB, with a choice of 64GB or 128GB of onboard eMMC storage.
Chromebook CM30 is equipped with a 10.5-inch screen with 1920*1200 pixels and an integrated USI stylus for drawing and note-taking.
Naijatechnews learned from reports that the Chromebook CM30 is equipped with 5-megapixel cameras on the front and rear, a built-in 27WHr capacity battery, a battery life of 27 hours, a weight of 0.61 kg including the keyboard, and a size of 25.95 x 16.92 x 0.89 cm.
