As Samsung will not launch high-end mobile phones this year, the focus has gradually shifted to Samsung’s 2021 flagship. Samsung is expected to launch three Galaxy S21 series models, or Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 + and Galaxy S21 Ultra.
Now a list of South Korean security agencies not only exposes the Galaxy S21+ battery itself, but also reveals its capacity.
Earlier this month, China’s CCC Telecommunications Administration certified a pair of batteries for Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21+. The latter’s part number is EB-BG996ABY and the rated capacity is 4660mAh.
The picture now given by the South Korean security agency shows the battery that will be installed inside the Galaxy S21+, confirming that the battery has a rated capacity of 4,660mAh and a typical capacity of 4,800mAh, which is slightly larger than that of the Galaxy S20+, the latter’s typical battery capacity It is 4500mAh.
Naijatechnews learned that Samsung will not launch the Galaxy S21 series until at least February next year. It is expected that this will be the first series to use Samsung’s new Exynos 1000 processor.
