Samsung Galaxy S23 Geekbench listing shows the phone will run on Android 13 OS out of the box, which is quite expected from a 2023 flagship. The motherboard section mentions ‘Kalama’, which is associated with the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SoC and the clock speed mentioned is 3.36GHz, which means it is the overclocked version of the chipset.
Moving along from the chipset, the Samsung Galaxy S23 will pack 8GB RAM, but there could be other options like 12GB at launch. That’s pretty much everything that is revealed from the Geekbench listing.
Samsung Galaxy S23 is said to come with a 6.1-inch FHD+ dynamic AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The chipset will be paired with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/512GB storage. The phone is equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor, IP68 water and dust resistance, 5G network support and 15W Qi wireless charging support. Moving to optics, the Galaxy S23 will have a 50MP primary camera with an LED Flash and OIS, a 12MP 120-degree FoV and a 10MP telephoto sensor. There is a 10MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. There is a 3,900mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.
