Samsung in February 2024
The South Korean tech giant shipped 19.69 million Galaxies, seizing 20% market share. Apple, on the other hand, sold 17.41 million phones for an 18 percent share, ranking 2nd after overtaking Samsung in Q4 2023.
Analysts attributed Samsung’s return to the No. 1 spot to robust sales in the US and European markets. The company has experienced a notable surge in its share of the US market, traditionally dominated by Apple.
