The Korean tech giant recently submitted applications in Europe, the US, and South Korea to register the brand name SmartThings Pro. All these trademark applications were filed at about the same time last week.

Samsung SmartThings lets users control their smart home gadgets through a single app. The anticipated SmartThings Pro is expected to expand on this, offering more features, possibly for a premium. This follows the trend where ‘Pro’ versions provide enhanced and more capabilities.
The global registration suggests that Samsung SmartThings Pro could be unveiled soon. It may be introduced before or during the next Samsung Unpacked event in July, where Samsung will announce new flagships like the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6 smartphones.
