It is not always possible to gain access to land casinos particularly when you are interested in an international sport, whether the pandemic is there or not. But you do not need to worry about that part at all.
You have online betting sites to your rescue and it is an extremely growing industry. Apps like cybersport allow you to do sports betting from the comfortable confines of your own homes. You can bet on the winnings of your favorite player or on the scores of the match in general after seeing the event digitally. Swimming is one such sport where it is always not possible for you to go to the competition.
You cannot attend every world championship! However, here is a list of the few best male swimming superstars in the world as of 2022 to help you out!
Caeleb Dressel
This swimmer from the US has recently become a superstar because of his outstanding success in the last four to five years. The 5 gold medals that he had obtained at the Tokyo Games only highlight the same fact. In the 2017 WorldChampionships, he swam insanely to get 7 gold medals including titles in the men’s 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle and 100 butterfly. Swimming requires good accessories like swimming goggles and swimwear.
In the 2019 games, he kept all 3 titles to his name and additionally won the 50 butterfly as well. With this he entered the 2021 Olympic Games. This was of keen interest because despite having 7 individual titles, he still lacked that one Olympic gold. However, now he has become indomitable. He won the 100m freestyle over an inch-to-inch competition with Kyle Chalmers and then broke his world record on his way to the gold medal in the 100m butterfly. He ended with a win in the 50m freestyle event.
Adam Peaty
This swimmer from Great Britain had been the most dominant force for the last seven years. Peaty is not frequently spotted in international games unlike his peers but once he is participating, he is simply unbeatable. The list of his extraordinary achievements include two consecutive Olympic gold medals, three LC World Championship titles back to back and four LC European Championships in a row in the men’s 100 breaststroke. Therefore, he had made and broken the world record five times during that period. Peaty is now focusing on “Project Immortal” which means pulling off a timespan that nobody can ever conquer. Peaty has not officially said the time limit he is looking for but he is clearly not interested in brooding over his past glories and wants to break him.
Evgeny Rylov
This star swimmer from Russia is just one of the three male swimmers who have won 3 Olympic or World Championship titles back to back in the same event for he won the 200m backstroke in Budapest (2017), Gwangju (2024) and Tokyo (2024). He was also successful in the 2018 Euro Championships where he broke the former record in a time of 1:53.36. After he had won the bronze in the Rio Olympics, he has faced very little challenge in the international sphere.
Swimming just got more interesting, didn’t it?
