Assassin’s Creed Mirage

Ubisoft finally revealed Assassin’s Creed Mirage after multiple leaks that had already shared most of the details. Mirage will follow Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s Basim Ibn Ishaq and it will serve as an origin story for the character. Basim will be much younger in the game, where he will evolve from a thief on the streets of Golden Age Baghdad in 861 to a master assassin. Mirage will offer a modern take on the first Assassin’s Creed game, with a linear action-adventure gameplay experience that focuses on stealthy assassinations and parkour. Mirage will have new parkour moves and weapons to improve stealth attacks including throwing knives, smoke bombs, blow darts, noisemakers, mines, and more. Assassin’s Creed Mirage is set to launch in 2023.

Assassin’s Creed Codename Red, Codename Hexe

An upcoming Assassin’s Creed game, codenamed Red, will be set in feudal Japan, a setting fans have been eagerly waiting for. Codename Red will be the next mainline title in the series after Mirage. The game is being developed by Ubisoft Quebec, which previously worked on Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Ubisoft hasn’t revealed further details about the game yet, but it is expected to have a new cast of characters, weapons, and stories.

Codename Hexe is another untitled Assassin’s Creed game that has witch hunts and some horror elements. While Ubisoft hasn’t revealed any other details besides the game being developed by its Montreal studio, recent leaks suggest that Codename Hexe is set in the Holy Roman Empire.

Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade

Codename Jade will be Ubisoft’s first-ever open-world mobile Assassin’s Creed game in the series. The game will be set in China and players will be able to create their own assassins, which will be a first in the series. Players will be able to sneak through cities, fight various enemies, and explore China and its ancient secrets in the game. Ubisoft has said that Codename Jade will be “coming soon” to smartphones, with no exact release window.

Assassin’s Creed Infinity

Ubisoft shed some light on Assassin’s Creed Infinity, which is expected to be a platform for future releases in the series. The company says that Infinity will be a hub for various Assassin’s Creed experiences and Codename Red as well as Codename Hexe will be part of Infinity. Ubisoft is also working on bringing back multiplayer experiences in the series that can be accessed through Assassin’s Creed Infinity.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: The Last Chapter

Ubisoft will be releasing the final DLC for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, called The Last Chapter. The final adventure with Eivor will tie up some of the previously established storylines and it will reunite Eivor with some key characters, including major historical figures. Ubisoft hasn’t revealed the release date for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: The Last Chapter.

Besides these, Ubisoft is working with Netflix to make a “genre-bending, live-action adaptation” of Assassin’s Creed series and a mobile game for Netflix Games. The company has also said that Assassin’s Creed Symphonic Adventure concert, Assassin’s Creed: Echoes of History, an Amunet figurine, The Magnus Conspiracy novel, and some Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag webtoons are on the way in celebration of the series’ 15th Anniversary.
