Microsoft: We will end support for Adobe Flash Player on Edge/IE 11 by the end of this year

According to Microsoft’s official news, as early as 2017, Adobe announced that it would terminate Flash Player before the end of 2020 . In order to comply with this plan, Microsoft reiterated that by the end of 2020, it will terminate the Adobe Flash Player support for Microsoft Edge (including the new Microsoft Edge and Microsoft Edge) and Internet Explorer 11.

Naijatechnews understands that after the end of support, users will no longer receive the “Adobe Flash Player Security Update” provided by Microsoft for Microsoft Edge Legacy and Internet Explorer 11 . In addition, after January 2021, Microsoft will disable Adobe Flash Player by default.
