Samsung offers temporary solution for touchscreen issue

Some Samsung Galaxy smartphone owners have encountered problems with their touchscreen, such as sometimes becoming unresponsive, making it impossible to open applications and perform mobile tasks.

Samsung is aware of this touchscreen issue of Galaxy devices and a community moderator has noted that the issue is due to incompatibilities with the Discover feature of Google App. However, Google’s team is already working to update its servers and apps to fix this issue.

For now, there is a temporary solution. Users of Samsung Galaxy devices can restart their phones by updating their Google App and clearing the data. This has helped many people regain full use of their touchscreen.

You can easily update the Google app, just need to open Google Play Store >> Search Google App >> Tap on the Update option to get the newest version. For deleting data, click on Settings >> tap on Apps >> select the Google app >> in Storage option, choose Clear data option.

It’s recommended to restart your phone afterward. Before you start, remember to save any important information elsewhere. Google is working on an update to permanently fix this issue.
