Samsung VC shockingly wowed by Tesla Cybertruck in test drive

Kyung Kye-hyun is meeting semiconductor clients while traveling to five cities in four days in the US. Samsung VC revealed that Cybertruck surprisingly wowed him in a test drive during his visit to Tesla Headquarters.

Samsung VC Kyung’s experience with the Tesla Cybertruck was more comfortable than expected. The company’s exec notes that the electric pickup truck appeared to be “great at tracking the surroundings with its 10 cameras.”

Samsung’s Kyung also praised Cybertruck’s short steering radius and big wipers. There’s nothing about Samsung’s entry into the EV market, as it was just an official visit and further cementing collab with Tesla.

While meeting with clients, Kyung highlighted the importance of HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) in the wake of the AI boom. He informed partners that Samsung has formed a team dedicated to the advanced chip for rapid progress.

Besides, the exec also highlighted Samsung’s cutting-edge GAA tech for the production of advanced 2nm chips as well as the company’s AI accelerator, the Mach-1, which is currently under development.
